See resolution, bleed and color information below.
Files not built correctly may delay the order.
After we receive your uploaded file(s), we will review each file. If we find any problems with your files, we'll contact you, otherwise you'll receive an email with a confirmation from us!

Resolution:
All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size.
Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
e.g. 3.5"x 2" Business Card resolution: 350 dpi (1260 pixels x 735 pixels)
e.g. 6"x 4" Postcard resolution: 350 dpi (2135 pixels x 1435 pixels)

Color Mode:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artwork and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

Bleed:

If you final size is to be 3.5"x2". You may then set your guides to 1/8" outside of the document bounds all around the document. Background colors and other designs may extend to these external bounds (bleed), but no important artwork or text should be in this area as it will be cut off.

You should ALSO leave yourself at least 1/8" from the edge of the final document size to where the important information or artwork begins inside the bounds of the document. This is visible in the graphic below as the "SAVE TEXT AREA". This means that the area where important artwork (logos, text, etc.) and information will reside on an 3.5"x2" has an actual size of 3.375"x1.875". Universal Sport Screen Printing & Signs is not responsible if important artwork or text extends beyond these specifications and is cut off!.
